Please read carefully before ordering your Lawn Wish. You should understand that by booking a reservation, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Payment is required at time of booking and payment must clear within 24 hours of delivery. Payment information is transmitted over secure SSL encryption and is not stored. We reserve the right to cancel a Lawn Wish if payment is not made on time. The price includes delivery, set up, and removal of Lawn Wish. The bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed by owner.
Although it is rare, weather may impact the delivery of your lawn greeting and may prevent us to safely install your order. High winds, lightening, heavy rain, snow, hail and other acts of god may cause Lawn Wishes to delay the installation, require us to pick up prior to the scheduled time or cancel the booking completely. In these rare cases, a partial or full refund will be granted.
Lawn Wishes, LLC and all representatives are not responsible or liable for any injury or damage caused to any person(s) or personal property during the scheduled reservation.
Refusal of Service
Lawn Wishes reserves the right to politely decline orders that are political, controversial, lewd, or disrespectful or that do not fit the celebratory nature of our business. If an order is declined, a full refund will be given.
Orders placed less than 48 hours of install date will be fulfilled based on inventory availability. Rush fees may apply.
Installation and Pickup
Lawn Wishes are installed the night prior to your event or occasion as early as 6pm. Pickup may start at 6pm on the day of your reserved date. All efforts are made to extend the duration of your Lawn Wish if possible.
In the event you need to cancel your booking and it is more than 48 hours to your install date, you are entitled to a full refund (minus $5 credit card/paypal fee). For bookings that are between 24-48 hours you can select to reschedule for the full value paid or receive half of your payment as a refund. Cancellations made the day of your scheduled delivery may not be subject to a refund.
If you have a lawn service provider, please arrange for them to come before we set up or after we remove the Lawn Wish. You are responsible for any damage caused by landscapers to our signs. We request you to keep your sprinkler system turned off for the duration of your reservation.
We proudly service the neighborhoods of Marvin, Waxhaw, Ballantyne, Weddington, Wesley Chapel, Indian Land, and Matthews. For areas outside of the above listed towns, please visit our contact page or email us directly as we will attempt to fulfill your request (additional delivery fees may apply).
No refunds will be given due to the client providing incorrect information on the booking form or for requests to remove the lawn greeting. No refunds will be given if we are denied access to a gated community or for any circumstances that prevent us from setting up the display that is out of our control.
Please do not move/touch the signs and do not attach any items to decorate your display. This includes, but is not limited to balloons, ribbons, tulle, wreaths, etc. For the safety of everyone, do not allow anyone to play on or around the sign display. Our displays will not safely support the weight of a person leaning, sitting, or playing on it. Any damage, destruction or tampering with the Lawn Wish signs is prohibited. You are responsible for replacement of the graphic, letter, or stake at full replacement value. Full payment for any of these items that are damaged or missing will be enforced.
By agreeing to the terms and conditions of Lawn Wishes, LLC, you consent to the sharing of photos taken of and on your property. Lawn Wishes may use these photos on social media and their website.
